My Journey

An infinite rise with your energy, creativity, harmony— a holistic balanced journey of graceful aging, shared with me.

I was born in the homeland of yoga, where this ancient and authentic practice is not known as a sport but it is a way of life. Growing up there yoga, mindfulness breathing and Ayurvedic cuisine  were the daily routine of our life ,”natural and effortless”. At that time, I did not know that this ancient wisdom would one day become my greatest strength and my path to healing.

More than 20 years ago, I began a new chapter of my life in Germany. Living in a different country with many challenges, everything was new for me, language, cultural values, systems and deep inner transformation—learning patience, adaptability, and the art of remaining rooted while life changes around you and I have to stay  true to myself.

Life became even more demanding when I went through a more  difficult time during my second pregnancy again. When my daughter was only 11 months old, I got a brain stroke in my late twenties. That moment changed my life completely and I found myself  at the roundabout full of fear and uncertainty, at that difficult phase of my life, I returned to yoga—not as physical exercise, but as healing therapy. I began practicing intuitively, mindfulness breathing , awareness, and deep listening to my body. Step by step yoga helped me heal completely – “physically, mentally, and emotionally.”

Yoga gave me the inner strength to raise my two daughters with positivity, balance, and resilience. It showed me that healing is not something outside of us- it begins within. While practicing yoga in Germany, I explored many modern approaches, yet I felt called back to the classical roots of yoga—where wisdom, discipline, and inner transformation are inseparable. This inspired me to deepen my path and share yoga in its authentic form. I completed my 500-hour RYT and later completed my  Master’s degree in Yoga to deepen my knowledge  and today I am a Yoga Acharya, dedicated to holistic and traditional yoga tools to help others.

Over the years, I have supported my friends during cancer treatments – and experienced how these holistic and traditional Yoga tools brought strength, peace and ease during challenging times. These experiences strengthened my belief that yoga, increasing flexibility through asanas, the mindfulness breathing through pranayama, mudras, bandhas and Meditation and singing bowls therapy starts a self-healing process.
